We are seeking:
- Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-C) for Home-Based Counseling Services. Applicant must be have at least one year behavioral health experience in working with children and must have completed, or be enrolled in a Masters Degree in Social Work, Special Education, or Counseling Program. License-Eligible preferred.
- Clinicians who are Virginia state licensed (LPC or LCSW).
The Role of Professional Services:
- Deliver services and engage with all partners with commitment to the principles and values of trauma and attachment informed care
- Provide immediate response to crisis with service provided 24/7
- Focus on and respect family beliefs, values, and goals
- Listen and values all voices, including the child and youth receiving services
- Provide assessment and intervention that is trauma and attachment informed, and individualized
- Establish goals that are collaboratively set with the family and others involved with the family
- Promote relationships in the family and in the family’s social network that provide safety, structure, affection, and meaning
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Prepare bio-psycho-socio-cultural assessments and Individualized Service Plans.
- Provide Individual, Family and Psychoeducation Services.
- Provide service coordination services to clients linking them to community resources to increase self-efficacy.
- Maintains caseload and on time with reports including monthly and quarterly reports.
